Hello, this is Dr K.. Answers are not medical advice and do not constitute a doctor/patient relationship. I look forward to helping you today.
Yes there is a lot you can do.
First of all, eat small amount frequently during the day. Eat whatever sounds good Do not worry about nutrition. The baby is so tiny that it does not matter what you eat.
Carbohydrates like crackers, cereal and breads are good
Over the counter Emetrol is safe to use
Some women use an extra vitamin B6 or "sea bands" which are motion sickness wrist bands.
Your dr can give you a prescription for ondansetron which is safe to take while pregnant. It works very well.
is ginger biscuits good for sickness aswell?
Yes, any type of ginger helps But it does not work for everyone.
