This is Dr. David
this is very serious.
you should go to the hospital or emergency room for evaluation.
you could have a severe bladder infection or a bleed inside of the bladder or kidney causing the bleeding.
you need a bladder ultrasound and a cystoscopy procedure right away to find out where the bleeding is coming from
a urology doctor would be the one to do this cystoscopy procedure.
it is not hurting, how is this brought on?
that is unknown until you get more testing
it could be from a large kidney or bladder stone.
or a ruptured blood vessel inside of the bladder or kidney
in rare cases you could have a possible bladder cancer.
but bladder cancer is rare at age 44
the clot means the bleeding has not stopped.
you have to go to the hospital right away
and see a doctor
or else the bleeding will continue.
and you will continue to loose blood.
my father past at 49 from cancer, that kinda worries me, thank you for your time, Adrian
I am sorry about the loss of your father.
let me know if you have other questions.
do see a doctor right away
