This is a common thing with Drs because we wash our hands alot. Not sure how homeopathic you will find this, but I often use A and D ointment. You can also use unscented chapstick on the cut to get it to heal
The easiest way to get it to seal over is just to keep a bandaid on it and change it daily. Its best to have it moist and not let it dry out.
