then i have pains on my knees

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Do you also have back pain associated or no?

Customer:

the pain begins when i stand up after sitting. pain from my left buttock to my knees and this affects my walking uprightly

Customer:

no back pain

Dr. Shahzad MD :

With what you are describing the most likely explanation is that the pain is arising from the hip joint or the ligaments around the hip joint.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Seems likely that you have strained a ligament of your hip joint.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Another possibility is arthritis of your hip joint.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

I would recommend that you should visit your doctor and have an x ray done to start with and then MRI if required.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Meanwhile you can take over-the-counter ibuprofen for the pain

Dr. Shahzad MD :

400 mg as required.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Are you following me?

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Plus you should not exert too much for as long as the pain is present.
