Hello,
I am Dr Ken and I will be helping you today.
Your thyroid levels are in normal range.
Were any other investigations done to see for the cause? Do you have any diagnosed medical condition?

Thank you for additional information.
Tachycardia {increased heart rate} can be due to varied causes. Before putting it on anxiety or psychological cause I would like to rule out few other causes like - Anemia, vitamin deficiency/ mineral deficiency/ raised blood pressure/ excess alcohol or smoking/ excess caffeine/ cardiac abnormalities.
Few investigations like blood tests/ echo-cardiogram should give us more answers.
Till than - Have balanced diet, adequate fluid/ exercise regularly/ avoid alcohol, smoking/ stay away from stress or anxiety {Yoga, meditation help}.
Wish you well.
