Stool test normal.
And abdomen exams normal.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No please tell me I don't need one ?
It's gone now isn't it normal to have wind and ibs sometimes
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
well in the US we start screening at age 50
you need one next year for sure
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ok fella
Just so I don't panic.
A serious issue would give me anemia and esr would raise also my stools are normal. Every day.
It's gone now. Would go would it if serious ??
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
yes that is correct Mark
it wouldn't just go away on its own if it was serious
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
And the stools he sent to lab twice and no fatal blood
And you've seen my bloods !!! Lol.
So it could be ibs
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
with your history it seems that IBS is VERY likely
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
So with the other results you think it's ok not cancer ?
And I should routinely have a scope next year sir. But you would expect a normal result do I read that correct
The esr and red cells my doc says are a good marker is that right ??
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
Yes, it is normal. Nothing to worry about.
you need a screening scope next year. that is it
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Thanks Phil.
Excellent as usual.
It would show in bloods as well if serious ?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
yes, it would
I would expect an abnormal ESR or CRP
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Mines 1. And 0.25. !
I think il have a run and a glass of wine see you soon so the above is really reassuring
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
You're fine buddy.
just get that scope next year
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
So to finish it's windy pains due to diet or health stress !!!
And goes all over the abdomen is annoying but not serious and the esr and c r p tell us that speak soon
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Hi Phil
Morning to you
My stools are perfect normal and wide !!! Lol
So I'm guessing my bowel is fine ?
Also. When I was 18 I was a pro goalkeeper for 3 years during the trading I was told I had a small sliding hiatus hernia. Could this be the culprit that has given me the slight windy pains and darty tiny pains in sternum area
Also. It comes and goes weirdly every December !!!
Diet ? A few more drinks etc ?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
Yes, I think it could be mark
Hiatal hernia can predispose you to GI symptoms.
That makes sense too. December is more of a "hearty" month. So you are eating differently
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ok great. So little and often no alchhol for a while ??
It only happens say twice a year ?
It isn't serious ?? I can eat fine nothing sticks at all. I have no reflux.
Just the niggles lol
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
What are the "niggles"? LOL
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Little windy pains around sternum gurgles my doc say we all get them and I shouldn't fixate on them
He says because I have health anxiety every pain which is normal ie wind headache etc I try to get a scan or a blood count which makes me worse then worse etc.
I think I'm doomed mate.
I can't rid it I have a 151 iq and this gets me every time.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
I agree with your doctor.
The niggles are nothing to worry about
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
He said he has 20 blood works and scan results from the pelvis liver brain testicals gallbladder etc
I get the windy thing sternum
Tension headache
Irritable bladder. Guess what. Psa was 0.25. And urine clear as water while I had the pain.
Yet I still cannot recognise the symptoms and think it's the worse.
I suppose medication is now the only solution ?
Hynotherapy didn't work for long.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
It is all connected
Mind-body-anxiety
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
What do you suggest ?
You have had all my blood results and know the test results. And do you think I'm ok ?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
Yes, I absolutely do.
100% okay
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Drugs then ??
Is there one to cure health anxiety I worry over nothing else all the rest is easy.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
work on connecting your mind and body
meditation, yoga, etc.
Let go of any trauma that has happened to you in the past to create this anxiety. Forgive those that have wronged you.
It will all come together.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Wow. Well my wife's a yoga teacher. So there's a start
Do you think il be ok ?
Do a lot of people suffer this. ??
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
yes, many many people do.
you have an excellent resource there at home
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Thanks Dr. Il give it a go.
If a panic can you review my bloods if I feel I need that ?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
Of course.
you know where to find me :)
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ok so windy sternum pain that dosnt get worse Dosnt raise my esr or c r p. And that moves dosnt get worse in one place etc isn't serious.
And take some yoga meditation in order to make my mind stop fight or flighting ??
Apart from that the blood work is normal. ?
