Is there anyone in the medical/health professional community

Resolved Question:

Is there anyone in the medical/health professional community who can up date me on stem cell technology -- specifically bladder disease (repair and regeneration) -- with a view to personal treatment. I am very desirous to research (quickly) progress and application in this field these countries: China, Japan, Thailand and others (excepting the UK and USA) who are currently practicing and applying this procedure.

I have just noted your reply and will follow up the 'market wired' web page later. However, I see that it was written on 16th May 2013 almost 19 months ago. I hope there has been some progress since then? Also you omitted to respond directly to my questions concerning the Asian countries cited? I do require much greater in-depth answers to my question (s) as I am sure there is considerable research (and progress) being practiced as I write. I was, and am,hoping that you can can be much more specific as to where I can continue to follow up the problem(s) I now experience due to IC specifically and other related 'genito-urinary' challenges.

Expert:  Dr. David replied 3 years ago.
there is good data supporting benefit of hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy for treatment of IC

have you had hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy yet?

Thanks for your continuing responses. I had never heard of a hyperbaric oxygen chamber before -- so that is worth further investigation on my part.. However,I do not wish to labour the point I originally made which implied that stem cell therapy, ideally from my perspective,is the way forward. I must conclude from your reply that you are unable to guide me further with, for example, South Korea's progress in this field. I am aware of ongoing research but was hoping to find a 'short cut' to help me more quickly establish available options. You may wish to confirm that my suppositions are correct and at that stage I will rate you as requested, thank you.

I have given you articles on hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy which has been around for some time now and has been proven to help.

there are often no short cuts in clinical trials which can take years and years and years and many times do not show benefit that we though it would show.

that is an option for you to travel and be part of a clinical trial study to advance medical science, but clinical trails are using non proven technology in experimental fashions.

ask your doctor about HBO therapy to see if this can help you

and print out those articles

let me know if you have other questions.

if done for now, please leave positive rating below the chat box so I can get credit for helping you today
