You need to see an ENT specialist.
This is often an inner ear problem, and the doctor can do testing to define this.
That is most likely, not anxiety.
Other things that need to be ruled out.
heart problem
other brain problem
problem with the involuntary nervous system.
All of these areas can be easily tested to see if there is a better diagnosis.
