Dr. David :

This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

I am sorry you are having swelling of the underside of your forskin.

Dr. David :

this can be due to a blocked skin pore or a mild skin infection sometimes.

Dr. David :

you should continue to retract the forskin if you can and wash once or twice daily with soap and warm water in the shower.

Dr. David :

sometimes skin pores can get blocked if you use non water based lubricants or if you use moisturizers on your skin there.

Should i use any creams on this, or take any medication for this as it has got a bit sore?

Expert:  Dr. David replied 2 years ago.
I would use only neosporin triple antibiotic ointment on the area until you are able to see a doctor.
