the pea size lump could be from a ingrown hair or a small cyst under the skin from a blocked skin pore.
urinating more frequently can be from a bladder infection, you should get your urine checked with a urinalysis to check for bladder infection.
sexual activity can force bacteria up into the urethra and cause a bladder infection which can cause frequent urination and burning and blood in the urine.
I would just watch the lump.

do you shave your pubic hair?
this can increase chances of ingrown hair follicles.
is the lump tender?
itchy skin can be from dry ski or even vaginal fungal infection.

you can see a doctor at the A&E sooner.
