Customer: I always feel the faeces is lying sideways, I have a balanced diet, with lots of veg and fruit, I have had two children my youngest is now 32
Dr. Shahzad MD :

This problem can happen when the pelvic floor muscles are weak.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

There are exercises called as kegel exercise that can help strengthen these muscles.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

It is not due to your poo lying sideways or anything like that.

Customer: i am 55 years old now
Dr. Shahzad MD :

It is most likely due to weak muscles and you need to tone up your muscles in the pelvic area.

Customer: are these exercise the same as the exercises I did after having the children
Dr. Shahzad MD :

Yes could be.

Customer: thank you I will give this a try
