Resolved Question:

my son had Crohn's disease but stopped going tests. He was afraid of the tests. The doctors stopped his medication entirely but I am wondering what medications are available , which don't require blood testing. thanks

my son was taking Azathioprine 150 mg. Nothing else. the Aza was stopped because he didn't attend blood testing. I need to know what alternatives he could have been prescribed - he was still getting Crohn's symptoms. Surely there must be something that doesn't require blood work. He had hemicolectomy (2 ops) a few years before that.thanks

there are treatments like mercaptopurine disease which can help without need tests.

Cimzia (certolizumab) can be used as well.
