Ok doc gave a good old look over said all is good.
Poo gone back to number 4 on the Bristol chart chestnut brown !
Running 4 k a day feel energetic fit and then guess what I got a windy pain tiny up and down windpipe and googled it !!!!!!!!!
No prob swallowing Pain is tiny flutters up and down esophicous
Help !
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Mark. Can you tell me more since windy pain and flutters is kind of vague
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It's gone now. But describe it as right side of sternum and a burn in shoulder blade as I move it I'm guessing to many sit ups 60 a day at mo?
But if you google it it's horrendous as usual.
The wind is more below sternum. Like trapped wind. I get this with anxiety as you know just wanted to know it's not s serious.
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Nothing serious at all Mark and definitely not cardiac. If movement made it hurt then it's just muscular. But my friend you need to come to me instead of consulting Dr Google
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It said esophicous cancer ! I only had a tiny pain in chest and back burn on shoulder blade.
I'm guessing even the windy pains up and down don't mean that ???!!
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Not even close to esophageal cancer Mark. The only thing that causes is the feeling of not swallowing properly or food getting stuck midway down. And that would be constant--not just lasting a short time.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Good always goes down except a big bar of chocolate lol which since loosing 3 stone and getting fit I don't eat lol
I'm guessing the healthy veg diet and seeds etc will cause my ibs ? And the worry on health as well. ??
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Didn't quite catch that last part Mark?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
My diet changing to mostly vegetables and fruit and seeds etc causing my itratable bowel wind etc ?
I have pain when I move left on right rib into shoulder blade sit up s I bet
The windy pains up esophicous I'm guessing wind ? Not serious but related to Ibs.
What do you think Sherlock ?
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Actually no to aggravating IBS but nuts and seed can cause more gas. All in all, my dear Watson, this is less than elementary and you should definitely kick Dr Google out of your surgery--stick with Professor Moriarty
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
In short
I'm ok ?
Not serious ?
Maybe wind indegestion or such like that certain people get when very anxious ?
The rib pain is muscular.
If serious I would be able to swallow and I'm guessing if know about an ulcer !? My wife says she had one and it was VERY painful
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
You're fine Mark and yes just a bit of indigestion and gas and nothing more. Certainly not an ulcer
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
You are a life saver I'm into Vegas in feb. But I think to far to pop in to say I might even drop in at Area 51. !!!lol
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
We have been watching you very long time Earthman
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
You guys invented the x files not us !! Lol
So I'm ok pal?? Don't panic ?? I just eat a banana went down ok so not esophicous ?
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
You're fine Mark. And those are my odds, not Vegas odds
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Love it,you have a good iq !
Post in if panicky ? Rather than google
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Yes Watson--stay with me
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Do health anxiety suffers ever get over it ?
Or managed ?
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
Yes--but it does take working with CBT
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Il keep trying !! But at mo I'm fine ?
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 2 years ago.
