This is Dr. David
you very well could have had a panic attack in the middle of the night and wake you up. it can happen.
have you had panic attacks during the day before?
are you on medications to help decrease your anxiety levels?
you might want to see your doctor next and evaluation.
but it sounds like you most likely fell asleep listening to the audio reading and woke up with a panic attack.
I had 2 panic attack in my entire life. this felt different. there is no reason as I am experience ant situation that could have brought it on. there a possibility that the ipad could have cause some interference
no, the ipad would not have caused shock or interference to you.
I would see your doctor and get a full physical and heart ECG testing.
do you have a GP doctor?
ok, yes I do.
can you please give me a brefing on what a anxiety attack really is. thanks
a panic or anxiety attack do not need a trigger.
some patients live with a heightened sense of anxiety.
what is really going on my the body at the time
sometimes the anxiety can suddenly spike up and cause excessive worry, fast heart rate, shortness of breath, sense of panic or doom, lump in the throat, chest pain, chest pressure, dizziness, nausea, light headedness.
this can happen in the day or night.
sometimes they can come as night terrors from bad dreams
sometimes something from the subconscious can trigger them.
if you have excessive anxiety on a daily basis, your doctor can prescribe medications to help lessen your anxiety symptoms on a daily basis.
will this cause any damage to my internal organs
no, this will not cause damage to your internal organs.
thats ok then thanks again
you are welcome
