I mean the sleep issue.
For some time now but not exactly sure.its not every single night but is often enough to concern me.

On some occasions I put it down to possibly falling asleep on an arm and waken move and let blood flow back into it. Sometimes it can be both arms.
I have a firm mattress and have changed pillows..
How many hours of sleep do you manage currently?
I do wonder if I am getting into awkward positions or if I am not getting sufficient airflow or if it's more related to my physique and something else. I have a little tinnitus which I got examined but nothing found..
I also think that it may be related a bit to sleeping posture.

It may also be that you are under more stress than usual recently.
You may not have realized it but you should try and identify the current stress that maybe in the unconscious of your brain.
All tests and examinations coming back normal is very reassuring.
It means it is not something serious.
Another thing that could be a problem, particularly if you are a snorer, is sleep apnea.
For diagnosis of sleep problems you will require a test called as polysomnography.
or sleep studies.
So, first I would try to improve your sleeping conditions.
and try and eliminate any possible stressors.
and if nothing helps then sleep studies.

Yes...Have thought about the sleep apnea and do snore
