I am a 33 year old female. I weigh 8st 3lb. Smoke 20 a day. I have started swimming a few times a week and i have started a healthy low fat diet, increased complex carbs, fibre, nuts, olive oil, fruit, veg, white lean meat etc.
I understand that hdl is good fat but is 2.25 a bit high when the recomendation is between 1.0 and 1.2? Am i doing ok by eating lots of good fat?
How high is 7.2? Is it dangerous? Should i be worried?
