Hi there. Thank you for your question. I will be helping you out with your queries
I am really sorry to know that you are not feeling too good.
With the symptoms that you are describing you are most likely suffering from depression.
You need to contact your GP as you will most likely require medications like citalopram (which is an antidepressant) for the treatment of your problem. Along with that, counselling therapy is also something that will help in your case.
So you definitely need to be seen for this.Plus if you have not had your blood work up done I would have your complete blood workup done to rule out problems like a thyroid problem which can also cause these symptoms.
Are you following me?
I have answered your question above. Let me know if you have any further questions. I would appreciate it if you rate me for my services when you are done asking.Kindest regards
