Resolved Question:

I have received a letter from the DVLA medical group following my medical. They say they are writing to my GP for further information, how far back in my medical records will they ask the GP to look back? As all questions asked at the DVLA medical just span back 3 years?

Hello
If you signed a release, then can ask for all pertinent medical records.
It is up to the GP to decide what it applicable in that case.
They can also ask for all available records.
OK, so that is an initial answer….
