I have anxiety am constantly worrying about my well being.

I have anxiety am constantly worrying about my well being. I had a minor gas leak at home few months ago and my fear of another has spiraled of control so much I can't get it out my mind , it's affecting my daily life. What can I do to overcome this ?

you can ask to see a psychotherapist weekly to talk about your fears.

there are also medications to help decrease your anxiety as well such as

and long acting benzo medications like valium or clonazepam which can help decrease your anxiety symptoms.
