I do not think that the radiologist could have missed it and even if he did miss it, it is not possible for the oncologist to know he missed it because an oncologist is not a radiologist.
If the radiologist said there wasn't any peritoneal spread I would go with his word and not the oncologist's word.

all the radiologist has stated is
incresss in liver lesion
increase in node
new sub pleural nodule
does any of this indicate peritonial diaease to u ?
but in oncologist letter to gp he says .... Possible peritoneal disease
aorticabal node mean retroperitoneal lymphadathy
