my right testicle always pops back up causing discomfort. I recently found out I had an undescended testicle as a child but no operation. I have also suffered from premature ejaculation my entire life (I am 37) are these linked

Hello from JustAnswer.

It is possible that the popping sensation and the discomfort could be related to the prior undescended testicle. However, there is no evidence that a prior undescended testicle could lead to premature ejaculation. In addition, the nerves that are involved in the sensation that leads to ejaculation, whether at a normal time or an early time, are anatomically distant from the testicles.

So, the premature ejaculation would not be linked to the prior undescended testicle or the ongoing popping sensation or discomfort.

If I can provide any further information, please let me know.
