Caring doc :

Welcome To justanswer.com

Caring doc :

The lump you are describing sounds possibly like a hemorrhoids

Customer:

hi have a photo can i show you as I'm quite concerened

Caring doc :

These are dilated veins in your rectal/analysis mucosa junction that become prominent

Customer:

put I've looked at images on google and to me it does not look like an hemmoroid

Caring doc :

The underlying reasons can be many like constipation and different causes of constipation

Customer:

can i send you the images

Caring doc :

If you can upload the photo I will be glad to analyze

Customer:

ok two mins

Caring doc :

Waiting

Customer:

Customer:

did you get them 3 iamges

Caring doc :

Thank you i saw the imsges.

Customer:

and what do you think it is

Caring doc :

I am not a letter to tell if the lump is coming from within the anal canal b7t coming out all the way

Customer:

what do you mean

Customer:

its by the spinchter

Caring doc :

It is still possible that this is hemmorhids as they can be external or internal

Customer:

is it an haemorrhoid

Caring doc :

Meaning that if they come all the out of the analysis canal or not

Customer:

you don't think its a groth

Customer:

its not some sort of growth?

Customer:

?

Customer:

hello?

Caring doc :

The one small lesion on the outside of the analysis canal was separate

Caring doc :

This is likely not hemorrhoids

Customer:

so what it is it

Caring doc :

This looks yellowish and may be small pustules or local abscess

Caring doc :

It is hard to say for sure without examine it

Customer:

whats a pustules?

Caring doc :

It needs to be examined and palate plus the area around it to say for sure

Caring doc :

This could be just superficial pustules or a deeper abscess protruding called pe4i analysis abscess

Customer:

my gp i saw said it was an hemmorid? so what do i do now?

Caring doc :

I would recommend you see a general surgeon a day to have anoscopy to make sure and for treatment

Caring doc :

Other things to consider would be to rule out tumors

Customer:

he gave me lidocaine and hydrocorat

Customer:

you think its a tumour

Caring doc :

The skin around analysis area is like rest of the skin and may yield skin tumors which would need biopsy to rule out if they look suspicious on analysis exam

Customer:

im confused

Customer:

i thought you said i was hemmorid

Caring doc :

I can not say for sure . External hemorrhoids is possible too

Caring doc :

The treatment for hemorrhoids is what your go suggested

Caring doc :

That is conservative approach

Caring doc :

If on follow up you are not getting better the your GP should consider a surgeons opinion

Caring doc :

How may I better assist you

Caring doc :

I can guide you but I am not able to give definite opinion without examination

Caring doc :

Let me know if you need further assistance

Caring doc :

Thank you

Customer: You shouldn't really say rule out a tumour I've asked another doc on hear he said an hemorrhoid
Caring doc :

I only mentioned that as a less likely differential of lump around your analysis verge..

Caring doc :

As i mentioned most likely this is hemorrhoids and i agree with the treatment offered by your GP

Caring doc :

let me know if you have any further questions

Customer: What do you mean by differential lump so does it look like an external hemorrhoid to you what's analysis verge? And how long should it take to shrink Is it normal for external hemoriods be hard and not push back in how long to they take to settle down and shrink?
Caring doc :

I meant to write anal verge

Caring doc :

Trying sitz baths to relieve pain can help

Caring doc :

Trying the hydrocortisone cream can help as well

Customer: What does with anal verge mean, also I got a second opinion on hear and the other doc said hemeroid not a tumour
Caring doc :

It is important to control /treat constipation if any as continuing to strain for defecation or urination will aggravate the issue

Customer: Does external hemoriod are they hard as this is hard and does not push back in
Caring doc :

If the hemorrhoids do not regress by life style changes then surgery maybe needed to cure the disease

Caring doc :

Prognosis is generally good after the surgery

Caring doc :

External hemorrhoids are not coming from within the rectum so do not push in

Caring doc :

While internal hemorrhoid come from within the rectum and pouch out when large enough

Caring doc :

Let me know if you have further question so

Caring doc :

Thank you

Customer: I went see another GP tonight this GP said it possibly looks like a thrombosed hemeroid but not sure he said if it does not go in a week he said he would send me for investigation what would this involved I'm worried now incase it's anal cancer
