Hello. I'm Dr. Phil, licensed and practicing internist. Excellent service is my goal.
Do you have any options for her to see a doctor right now?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

u think i should bring her to the hospital?

Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
was she fine up until this?
is she acting okay otherwise?
can you call the GP and not necessarily see them?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

i am in london, it s 00.40...

she was fine yes and she keeps complaining now, she s not complaining a lot normally

Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 2 years ago.
Okay.
I think it is reasonable to give her paracetamol to bring down the fever.
This sounds like a virus, possibly the flu.
I would try to get her in with the GP tomorrow.
There are many viruses going around in the states just like this now but you are in the UK. However, I'm sure the same thing is going on there
I would keep her hydrated, use paracetamol
If she starts to act lethargic, or you can't keep fluids down or can't get the fever down take her in
