When I am out in an open space I feel as if I am going to fall

Resolved Question:

When I am out in an open space I feel as if I am going to fall to the left and I am unstable/dizzy. I had the same thing back in 2012 but it vanished after a time. It has now just as suddenly started again a few weeks ago and is making things difficult/anxious. I am fine when indoors/sitting or even outside if there is a wall or building at my side, but as soon as I am in the open it starts - I then have to force myself to continue walking.
Any advice would be appreciated.
