Hi my 9 year old son is complaining with a stiff neck on the right side ... He woke up yesterday morning with it and is still complaining with it.. He was at the doctor on Tuesday with a cold and is on an antibiotic.. Is there anything I can do to help this

that is a good idea to use a warm towel or a warm water bottle on the area to help relax the muscles there

you can also give him acetamenophen or Paracetamol to help with the pain as well.
