My wife. She refuses to go to the Doctor. Dizzy on and off

My wife.
She refuses to go to the Doctor.
Dizzy on and off throughout the day. Passes urine frequently throughout the day. Lacks energy. She has no appertite.
She is on Candestartan tablets? When she take these her BP is in the region of 130/70 and is in the region of 150/80s when she does not.
