27th April which is pretty much the date of the flight. Concerns around DVT. I understand that they need to split the cast or have something called an adjustable cast.
an adjustable cast should be softer for you
The current stance is that flying with such an injury cannot be done.
and easier on your knee
at your age of 33 blood clot is less risky than if you were older.
it sounds like your doctors are not advising you to fly.
So an adjustable cast, I don't know what they look like or made from, what the primary purpose is.
anyway you can postpone or reschedule the trip?
