Please let me know.

yes

This seems most likely to be gastritis (inflammation of the stomach).
The symptoms getting worse on eating is a classical symptoms of gastritis.
I would like that you should take something like omeprazole 40 mg once daily which will help reduce acidity and reduce your pain or eliminate the pain.
You should take omeprazole (which is available without a prescription) for at least 8 weeks and if your symptoms persist you can continue taking it beyond this period of time.
Also, for the first two weeks, I would recommend that you should use motilium 10 mg one tablet three times daily half an hour before meals. This will help increase the movements of the stomach and help reduce acidity in the stomach by moving the contents of the stomach forward. This is also available without a prescription.
