Took my BP a few times this a.m.because I feel a fluttering

Took my BP a few times this a.m.because I feel a fluttering in my chest. The BP showed irregular heart beat each time and I don't feel 'normal'.

"Fluttering in the chest" like you are having is an indication to go to the A&E to have an ECG done to make sure it isn't anything serious and to rule out a problem with your heart rhythm or anything serious.
So I would recommend that you should go to the emergency for this to be evaluated ASAP.
Most likely it is nothing serious but as a general rule we do evaluate this to be sure it is nothing serious.
Usually irregular beats are due to premature atrial or ventricular contractions which, in the vast majority of cases, is nothing serious.
