You are most likely having what is called as dyshidrosis.
This usually does go away in about two to three weeks time.
Meanwhile I would recommend that you should not wear closed shoes.
You can also try using 1% hydrocortisone cream, which is OTC, to help.
Antihistamines like OTC claritin 10 mg once daily may also help.
Topical antibiotics like polysporin should also be used for infection as often these small blisters are infected with a bug as well.
Dyshidrosis can at times be due to allergy to something. Could be something like a new soap that you used or shoes or socks that you wore.
So you should try and identify any allergen or irritant that may be the cause.

ZThe problem with my toes has been going on for at least a year.
Expert:  Dr. SH replied 2 years ago.
Is the problem continuous?
Have you been seen for this?
Please let me know.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes it is, and no I have not seen anyone about it.

I would like that you should be seen for this, preferably by a dermatologist.
The condition that I mentioned above can either improve in a few weeks time like I mentioned or can be a chronic condition lasting for years.
So I still think that you have that problem for which you may require topical steroids.
