i had spinal injury about 14 years ago. i can walk and do almost everything but do have bad days which i get spasm and bad lower back pain or stress related pains. my question is can i have baby with the right care.

i had fall in 2001 and fractured section T12, L1 AND L3 of the spine tibia

I don't know what you mean by spine tibia
tibia is not part of the spine

sorry, i meant fractured tibia as well. but I recovered within 9month but I wasn't strong minded enough to take a decision to have a baby. plus I'm turning 37 in two months.

If the fractures are all healed and there is no further damage..yes you should be able to proceed.
You should have an MRI of the lower back first.
