Dear customer,

Since when do you have this symptom? Any other symptom such as sore throat, nasal congestion, or abdominal pain? Do you take any medications?

Thanks.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I'm not on any medications. But I do have a sore throat and pain on both sides, back at the very corner of my jaw, just next to my ear. Is there a way I can email you a picture?

Dear customer,

Thanks for your reply.

In this window itself there is an add image paper clip icon. Please use that.

Dear customer,

Thanks for your reply.

You are suffering from acute tonsiliitis. Tonsils are two oval-shaped pads of tissue at the back of the throat — one tonsil on each side. Tonsillitis causes swollen tonsils, sore throat, difficulty swallowing and tender lymph nodes on the sides of the neck.

Please read more about this condition (the tests required and the treatment) in the below article:

Take care.
