My mum has what I can describe as restless leg syndrome abdominal. No one seems to be able to help her. I'm watching her get worse and worse with no energy loss of appetite losing weight and a constant very uncomfortable feeling from her ribs down to her ladies parts. Please help.

Hello
This would not be restless legs if it is in the abdomen.
What diagnoses does she have from her doctors?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

My doctors don't know. Dr ming neurologist at hull says it's rls. I've even got a journal off the net that quotes this as a case study.

What medications is she on right now
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Oxycodone which is the only medication that helps her sleep also clonazepam both at night only.

That is very bad treatment.
This combination, or either one, can contribute to the problem.
Clonazepam should not be used long term as it is associated with coginitive dysfunction and alzheimers.
Ropinerole and pramipexole are the correct drugs for RLS, and perhaps her doctors could start one of these and taper her off the other drugs.
OK, so that is an initial answer….
