Hi. Welcome to JustAnswer. I shall try my best to assist you while you are corresponding with me.
Dizziness (vertigo) especially n sudden movements after an ear infection is a sign of either a chronic ear infection or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).
I advise that you visit your GP and ask for an Ear examination. A prescription of prochlorperazine (Stemetil) thrice a day should help with the symptoms and a thorough evaluation can diagnose the cause. If this is BPPV which is a fairly common occurrence then a simple maneuver known as the Epley's maneuver can be performed at your GPs office to alleviate the symptoms.
Hope this helps.
