Customer Question

I'm not anxious, or depressed (although have been in the past). I've gone past the point of emotion. Unless I'm being a narcissistic sociopath, I shake, nothing to say. I have no sense of self and have suffered from serious pseudologia fantastica especially with regards ***** ***** and my twin ship involving facebook. Never had a relationship or genuine sexual one, viewed porn for six years. The last decade of my life has been a lie, very withdrawn and very very antisocial. I've been present but not present. I think i'm OCD, I just can't move on from the past or particular thoughts. I can't continue independently.

Hello
We can not diagnose you.
That requires
exam
testing
psychiatric interview and forms
There are many different disorders this could be.
From antisocial personality disorder, boardline, etc, to mood disorders, etc.
Does not sound like OCD or skizophrenia. However, skizoaffective personality disorder is possible.
You need to see a psychiatrist as soon as you can.
OK, so that is an initial answer….
