do you take any meds?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

is it lightheaded when standing?does it occur with position changes?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

It's most of the time. Even when sitting at my desk. I also feel pretty weak.

I would get your blood counts checked.you could be anemicalso thyroid dysfunction along with electrolyte disturbances
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

OK - so will I need to do this with my local GP?

Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 1 year ago.
Hi. I'm a different expert. You definitely need to see your GP right away. While this could be anemia or a thyroid problem there are other possibilities like a viral illness or even a low cortisol problem
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 1 year ago.

I offered several suggestions but in the end you need to get those tests and follow up at your GP. There is no way around that
