Customer Question

I have developed sleep anxiety and struggle to both fall and stay asleep. This in turn makes my anxiety worse and i stop myself from sleeping, sometimes due to an involuntary spasm of my jaw, arm or leg or my mind wakes me back up as soon as i start to drop off. Is this common and what treatments are available? I have tried hypnosis and self cbt with some occasional success. When it happens i sweat alot and tremor inside, usually my legs.
