My daughter has Mixed Affective State and is being treated

Resolved Question:

My daughter has Mixed Affective State and is being treated with moclobemide tablets, 300mg twice daily. Her Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia are in a severe state. She has been treated with Pregabalin, chlorpromazine and qotiepine over the last 18 with poor results and she has had to be weaned off these drugs. Is there any further medication which could alleviate her symptoms without interfering with the moclobemide? Thank you for any advice you can give me.

This is Dr. David
she might benefit from lithium therapy or valproic acid therapy to help stabilize her mood.
she has options for aripiprazole or risperidone or olanzapine which could help as well.
I would talk to her doctors about these options.
