Resolved Question:

I'M SO EMBARRASSED to say this but i'm scared. I have white spots covering my penis and scrotum.
I am 22 and have had them for a few weeks now and when I took a bath a few mins ago, it was covering the whole thing. The spots are only small, but cover the back area of my penis and my whole scrotum area. I am too embarrassed to see my a doctor but feel I have to unless there is something I can buy or do to get rid of it. Please Help.

are these area itchy?
itchy patches like that can be from a fungal skin infection.

fungus like to grow in moist areas under the penis.

antifungal creams and powders can help fight the fungal infection and get your skin back to normal.

there are over the counter antifungal creams like clotrimazole or Jock itch sprays like Tinactin or tolnaftate or miconaznole which used over several weeks can kill skin fungus and help your skin.
