HelloI am Dr.Amita and I would be helping you today. Can you tell me the complete name of procedure and for what problem was procedure done? Thanks
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I had a loose calcified body removed, an arthroscopy and medial arthrotomy performed and the patellar tendon was decompressed.

Thank you for your reply.Patellar tendon decompression means that a small part of patella bone at lower tip of patella which lies just behind the area where the patellar tendon attaches has been shaved off.Removing this small part of bone helps decreases the pressure present on the patellar tendon.
