HI There, I play sport 4 times a week mainly football. I have noticed in my heel when I go up on the 'ball' of the foot the muscle inside the heel seems very tight almost like a strain what would be the best way of self healing this as I have football

Hi and thanks for question.soak your foot in warm water for about half an hour then apply ibuprofen gel and cover with a crepe bandage, this would relax your muscles and relieve pain as you are having muscular spasm.Please do leave a positive rating.Good luck for your match.
