I am sorry you are not feeling well.
inflammation of the stomach from gastritis can cause loss of appetite, nausea, feeling sickly and weight loss if you are not eating enough
antibiotics will not fix inflammation of the stomach and can often worsen inflammation of the stomach
you might need strong stomach acid reducers such as omeprazole or nexium or protonix to help decrease stomach acid.
you also need blood work to check your complete blood counts and complete metabolic panels and thyroid function and iron levels
you might need an abdominal ultrasound and chest xray as well
have you had these tests?
