pus is a sign of infection
you have to go to the local hospital A&E department for evaluation and culture of the penile discharge to see what infection is growing.
the doctors there can also test your urine for infection
you most likely will need to go on a course of antibiotics.
the doctors there will be able to prescribe you antibiotics.
you have to see a doctor for these tests and treatments
it will not get better on its own
do you have a hospital or A&E department close to you where you can see a doctor right away?

this pus discharge could be due to sexually transmitted disease
there can be a mixture of infections.
some infections can be resistant to certain antibiotics.
a penile culture can tell for sure what infection is there.
trichomonas can also cause penile discharge
and would be treated with metronidazole or tinidazole antibiotics.
have you had unprotected sex recently?
