I have been experiencing lately this 'pinning pains' in right abdomen and ribs giving occasional pains in my whole waist and itching in my rectum especially after eating in the evenings. What can this mean?
Hi--is the pain mostly in your right upper quadrant? Any change in your bowel movements?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes, my upper right ribs.
I do get some mild itching
in my bowel at times after eating in the evening.

No, Vomitting, nothing.
Sorry for all the questions but how long does the pain last?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No much. For at least 2hrs.
OK most likely this is a gall bladder problem with gall stones. It would take an ultrasound or a ct scan of the abdomen to check for that and if that's the case you probably will need your gall bladder removed before it causes real problems like pancreatitis.
Irritable bowel syndrome would be the other possibility and that can be treated with medications like Levsin or Bentyl

Can herpetitis b cause that or worms or piles?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Are You in London or America?
America.
Neither hepatitis B nor worms cause gallstones or irritable bowel syndrome

Thanks.
My pleasure but let me know how it goes and please remember to rate my service to you

Are You very positive it's gallstones?
There are quality herbs for gallstones without any operation.
I'm about 98% sure but it would take a scan to make the diagnosis
Apple cider vinegar, milk thistle and castor oil can help with gallstone problems
