Just did a self and found no lumps as such but the side

just did a self DRE and found no lumps as such but the side where the prostate is felt firmer and different to the other side. not had any problems with urine or anything.. what do you think this shows and what should i do

Hi. Your self exam shows that you may have a prostate tumor--cancer, in other wordsYou may just have benign prostatic hypertrophy but you need to have a doctor do the exam again and get a PSA blood level and an ultrasound of the gland.Let me know if you need more information please
