This is Dr. David
you could have acid reflux up your esophagus causing your throat burning sensation.
large red bumps on the back of the tongue are most likely normal taste buds.
severe anxiety symptoms can cause you to feel choking sensations and also cause you to feel short of breath.
do you have excessive anxiety or panic like symptoms?
have you tried any acid reflux medications like zantac or prilosec?

burping frequently is a sign of excessive stomach acid production.
you should try some stomach acid blocking agents like zantac or prilosec
and avoid alcohol and spicy foods which can worsen stomach acid production.
