Hi 30yr old male, with a few issues started 3weeks ago.
I've had full blood tests all ok, eye exam all ok, urine test all ok.
It started with a dull pain in lower left rib at the front also slight pain bottom of sternum as well as back pain, also been having muscle twitches all over - when resting also sometimes fatigued.
I do worry a lot about my health and look up symptoms too much!
Any advice?

No cardiac work up, I had thyroid tests, cbc, liver, kidney regarding the bloods! Does feel like my muscles are aching in my back but worry about cancer and ms issues. No history in family either.

Thanks for your help, some of the muscle twitching I get is in arms and legs, what can I do to get rid of it?

You should try to eat more fresh fruits like pomegranates, oranges, tomatoes daily to replete lost electrolytes.Sports drinks like Powerade is also good.Potassium and magnesium supplementation daily should be helpful.Best wishes
