Customer Question

Hi 30yr old male, with a few issues started 3weeks ago.
I've had full blood tests all ok, eye exam all ok, urine test all ok.
It started with a dull pain in lower left rib at the front also slight pain bottom of sternum as well as back pain, also been having muscle twitches all over - when resting also sometimes fatigued.
I do worry a lot about my health and look up symptoms too much!
Any advice?
Many thanks

Hi. Did you have a cardiac workup for this?

No cardiac work up, I had thyroid tests, cbc, liver, kidney regarding the bloods! Does feel like my muscles are aching in my back but worry about cancer and ms issues. No history in family either.

Ok that is very reassuring you had all these blood tests normal.Heart work up not needed for this type of pain. And Cancer is not likely given that you do not have any weight loss, anemia.MS is not likely since you do not have any leg or arm involvement. There is no history of vision problem, or urinary incontinence either.Do not worry.Best wishes,It was my pleasure to help you today. If I have answered all your questions, Please rate my response Excellent (click on the 5th star). Please bookmark my profile for asking further questions! This is the link to my profile:http://www.justanswer.com/medical/expert-mysticdoc/

Thanks for your help, some of the muscle twitching I get is in arms and legs, what can I do to get rid of it?
Expert:  Dr Basu replied 1 year ago.
You should try to eat more fresh fruits like pomegranates, oranges, tomatoes daily to replete lost electrolytes.Sports drinks like Powerade is also good.Potassium and magnesium supplementation daily should be helpful.Best wishes
