This is Dr David
headaches and dizziness could be from a bacterial sinus infection or inner ear infection.
it could be due to
lack of sleep
dehydration
caffeine withdraw
migraine headaches
or other potential causes.
that is good you have a GP
do you have sinus tenderness or sinus congestion?
you should get your GP doctor to look in your ears.
you might need a course of antibiotics if you have a sinus infection or inner ear infection.

before I started having the headaches and dizziness a rash came up on my face and it was really bad I went to the doctor about it and she had told me that it was allergic reaction to hair dye but I have used the same hair dye for years. since I have had that rash I have been feeling really dizzy, feel like I wanna pass out told the doctor on the phone yesterday and he thinks it's a virus but I don't think it is at all

most rashes are caused by viral infections
most rashes on the face can not be explained.
sometimes alcohol use can cause rash on the face
rosacea can cause a rash on the face as well.
in rare cases, conditions like lupus can cause a rash on the face.
