Dear customer, Thanks for contacting Justanswer. Since when do you have this symptom? How did it begin? Do you suffer from erectile problems as well? Do you suffer from any medical condition or take any daily medication?
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 1 year ago.
HelloThere is no specific medication for allowing orgasm. The underlying cause of the problem must be treated. If psychological: therapy. If low testosterone, then an endocrinologist can help you with replacement therapy. If prostate disease, a urologist needs to help you correct this. This can be overlooked by a GP. Erection problems can be from diabetes, low testosterone, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, circulation problems in the penis, psychological problems and prostate disease. Sometimes, with an erection, lack of ejaculation is due to what is called retrograde ejaculation, from severe prostate problems, for example. My suggestion is that you see a urologist, testing will be needed, and exam, to determine underlying physical causes. Let me know if you have more information or questions. Please click a positive rating. I am a double board certified US doctor, clinician of over 20 years experience.Find me by request any day. OKDiabetes can be the reason. It sounds like this could be in combination with prostate disease, and even low testosterone.A urologist can assess these problem. In addition, the diabetes needs to be tightly controlled...hemoglobin A1C less than 7 or even 6 if possible. If this is all due to erection problemsViagar, cialis or levitra would be the medications, one of them. They are all a little different, and your doctor can help you decide which one. They are usually effective. If not, injections are available. If that does not work then implants are very successful. please click a positive rating [hopefully excellent]. If you forgot something, come back. I am here daily.
