HelloAt age 76, this is typical of ant enlarged prostate gland. There are medications for this problem.Folmax for example, which is prescription.YOu first need to see a urologist to make sure this is the exact problem, based on exam. You should have a PSA blood test as well. This helps rule out prostate cancer. The headache needs immediate evaluation if this has not been done: neurologist, follow up MRI.In addition, if not done recently, besides examination, you need the following labs: all routine labs and urinalysis.Thyroid hormone panel. Sex hormone panel and SHBG. ESR or CRP. Recurrence of tumor, hormonal imblance, diabetes, heart problems, migraine, etc....these all need to be ruled out.I am a double board certified US doctor.Find me for any other questions.Note that I am here in medical daily by request, to save time. Please click a positive rating on Dr. Thomas's answer page [at the top.]I will always give you prompt, accurate, safe, and comprehensive answers.
